Voucher Holder Documents

Voucher Extension:

You need to submit the voucher extension form and give the special circumstance in which you are claiming as the reason for needing a voucher extension. You must submit any changes in income. If you have been searching for housing, you will need to submit the housing search form with specific information on why units did not work.

The documentation must be submitted prior to the voucher extension.

Once received, the special circumstance will be evaluated, and a determination will be made if the special circumstance warrants an extension.
